Twisted half-moon drill
Achieving transparent hole processing through cutting alone! This is an example using Iwata Tool's twisted half-moon drill.
We would like to introduce an example of machining using our product, the "Twisted Half-Moon Drill." Using acrylic as the workpiece, we performed blind hole machining under conditions such as oil mist, a machining depth of 9mm, and a feed rate of 3mm/min with the SHD3.0CB. As a result, we were able to achieve transparent hole machining using only cutting.
